How long does delivery take?

Other countries: Delivery typically takes up to 15 business days depending on your location.

How will my delivery be shipped?

We partner with Amazon as our trusted logistics provider. They will select the most efficient carrier based on your location and the products you’ve ordered to ensure timely delivery.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We aim to deliver all of your items together. However, due to varying shipping methods and different inventory sources, some items may arrive separately. Once each item is shipped, you'll receive a notification email with the respective tracking information.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order both during processing and after it has left our FBA warehouse. Simply visit the Orders page in your Amazon account to view the real-time status of your shipment.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes to the delivery address. We recommend verifying your shipping details before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery issues.

Is shipping included in the prices?

For eligible products marked with "Free Shipping", you won’t incur any additional shipping charges. Plus, enjoy FREE Shipping on orders of $25 or more for qualifying items.
